Your Power Hour has to be booked and have to be taken before Saturday – if you can’t do the slots provided email us, we can add some.
If you don’t show up you can’t be moved, these are limited time offers until the 3rd May.
I’ll wait 10 minutes on the call for you to show before assuming no show – if you are going to be late message us first!

Booking and Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
Pricing is based on the current tier and will increase as spots fill. Once your session is booked, your price is locked in.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule your session once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. When you book you will be sent a confirmation email, which contains a link to reschedule, alternatively contact us via email support@kimbadigital.com.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session, it will be treated as a no-show, and you will forfeit the session. No refunds will be issued, as this time cannot be resold.

Session Details

Each power hour is 60 minutes long and conducted via Zoom.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and the necessary setup to attend the session.

There is no pre-call discussion of your challenges or goals. The session is designed to dive straight into brainstorming actionable ideas during the booked time.

Scope of the Session

The power hour is ideal for small, focused gamification challenges or brainstorming specific ideas.
Larger projects like gamifying entire memberships, courses, or launches are beyond the scope of this session and will require more in-depth consulting.

Implementation Responsibility

The ideas and strategies discussed during the session are intended to be implemented by you.

While I will provide expert guidance, I am not responsible for the outcomes or results of any ideas you choose to implement.

Confidentiality

Any business information you share during the session will remain confidential.

I may use anonymized examples of gamification strategies discussed during the session for educational or marketing purposes but will never share your name or specific details without your consent.

No Guarantees

While I will provide my expertise and best recommendations, success depends on your implementation and external factors. Therefore, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable, except in the event that I am unable to deliver the session.

Recording Policy

The session may be recorded upon request for your reference. If you would like the session recorded, please let me know in advance.
Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly or with third parties.
