TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you so much for signing up for a Gamification Hot seat.

We’re excited to work with you!

SESSIONS
We will work together with a commitment of the below:
A hot seat that you have signed up for at the date and time agreed. This will be held over Zoom with a group of other business owners.
The session will be recorded and access to the recording will be available for one month after the session.
Please download your recording during this time.
The length of the call will depend on the number of attendees. While it is in the diary for an hour, it may take less time depending on how many people attend.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Pease adhere to respectful behaviour throughout the call. Other participants will also be opening up about their businesses and I want this to be a safe environment for them to do so. Any form of harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the call, and may result in a ban from future hot seat calls.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
While I will of course endeavour to keep the hot seat call a planned, sometimes things happen that mean I may not be able to stick to the plan!

So I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the call at any time and for any reason, without liability to the participants. If that happens we will of course make reasonable efforts to notify participants about any changes through appropriate channels.

REFUNDS
We will accept refund requests up to 7 days before the event. This is to allow us to re-fill your spot should you be unable to attend.

REQUESTS TO MOVE TO ANOTHER DATE
This can be discussed on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@kimbadigital.com. Should we decide that the best option is for you to move to a different date, this will only be allowed once.

GUARANTEES

As with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your effort outside of the hot seats.

While I’ll do my best to advise you on your question no guarantees are being made.

This means; participants understand and acknowledge that the answers, advice, and information provided by during the hot seat are based on professional experience and expertise but do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

CONFIDENTIALITY
You recognise that during the hot seats you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. I will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit or disclose it to a third party.
All materials (the advice and content of the hot seat and the recording) are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.
